A Money Model is a planned set of offers.
It’s about what you offer, when you offer it, and how you offer it to make as much money as you can as fast as you can. The ideal is to make enough from one customer to get and serve at least two more customers in less than a month. And while these models don’t always look clean, I break down $100 million Money Models into three stages:

Stage I: Get Cash – Attraction Offers bring in more customers at a lower cost
Stage II: Get More Cash – Upsell and Downsell Offers make more money from customers faster
Stage III: Get The Most Cash – Continuity Offers make customers spend more over time
